Today's session will be a preparatory class to get students engaged with Math Count and AMC 8. The Math Count is a national middle school mathematics competition that builds problem-solving skills and fosters achievement through four levels of fun. The Competition Series levels are —school, chapter, state and national. Each level of competition is comprised of 4 rounds—Sprint, Target, Team and Countdown Round. Altogether, the rounds are designed to take about 3 hours to complete.
